Experience life on board a warship, preparing for a major sea battle during the Napoleonic wars.

The children will be taken back in time to Portsmouth in 1805, where they will meet Cstorytelling-cost-button.pngaptain Forester, who is training new recruits for the forthcoming battle against Napoleon.

In role as members of the King’s Royal Navy, the children will embark on an action-packed adventure on board the warship ‘Conqueror’.

On their journey, they will learn many aspects of early 19th Century seafaring and have fun while experiencing the gruelling jobs undertaken on board ship.

They will also understand the importance of teamwork when learning how to fire a cannon and raise an anchor with the capstan.
